I became a certified Paterson StratOp® Guide in 2017 because we needed a better way.
At the time I was serving as SVP of Global Leadership and Strategy at a $650 million organization operating in 25 countries on six continents. The mission was powerful. The work was meaningful. But the friction inside was not sustainable — and the way strategy had been done previously had taken us as far as it could. We needed something deeper. Something that could actually carry us forward.
StratOp changed the story for us.
Since then I've brought it into some of the most complex organizational environments in the world — as Chief of Staff guiding global strategy, and as SVP inside one of the nation's largest financial institutions — helping leaders navigate growth, turnaround, merger, and new leadership from inside the room.
